This rotating link changes every six seconds.About the template...Content sections are managed in floating divisions. Content within each division is managed via php include. Styles are managed in cascading style sheets. The navigation menus are simple button (horizontal at top) and list (vertical). The rotating links at the bottom is based on Javascript. The comment section to the right and the tip of the day are linked to a backend MySQL database. See the page source code for more information.
