Kodge Data Services provides website design and development for small business clients. Features include: horizontal dropdown navigation menu; contact form with embedded Twitter widget; PayPal ecommerce page; content rich pages linked to a MySQL database; Wordpress embedded blog; guest book linked to MySQL database to gather information; content management system (CMS). Technique: developed with PHP scripts served as includes. JavaScript is used for client side validation and page styles are managed with cascading style sheets.
Advertising site for snack processing shop. Features include: registration/login, shopping cart, contact form, product gallery, and Amazon and Google advertising. Additional CMS used for data management. Technique: dynamic pages developed with PHP scripts and the Smarty templating engine drawing from a MySQL database. JavaScript is used for client side validation and page styles are managed with cascading style sheets.
Mock business web site. Features include: content rich areas with additional links. A simple contact page to gather user comments. Technique: two column layout with content managed in divisions as php includes and styles in cascading style sheets. Horizontal navigation menu can be styled with various colors and fonts. Preliminary advertising site for www.snakkys.com. Features include: full product pages, image links, contact form, relevant links, and recipes. Technique: original HTML data were harvested and integrated into dynamic site. Product data were gathered and modeled to a relational database (MySQL) and constrained via referential integrity. Page styles are managed with cascading style sheets.
Public business site for Kodge Data Services. Features include: PHP gallery and slideshow, Amazon and Google advertising, RSS feeds, blog, secure pages, and a YouTube science video. Construction business site. Features include: feature pages for homes, duplex, and businesses with several interior and exterior photos. Contact form is provided for user feedback. Genealogy site to assist those interested in researching Williams and other surnames. Features include: data presented in tree and report formats, links to cemetary photos, a feedback form to allow users to submit questions/comments via email, and links to various genealogy sites. Technique: developed with php includes in easily coded pages from family data harvested from third party software (Family Tree Maker 2005, MyFamily.com ©).
